Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration Coordinator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate effectively across teams, and flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative tasks remotely
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and follow up on action items
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation accurately
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and activities
- Handle communication via email, phone, and virtual platforms
- Travel occasionally for meetings, events, or office-related coordination
