We are a fast-growing edtech startup on a mission to make hands-on STEM learning accessible and exciting for K-12 students. Through robotics, coding, and design thinking, we help kids build real-world problem-solving skills. As a robotics educator, you’ll deliver engaging, project-based robotics sessions to students in Grades 1-10 across schools and learning centers. You’ll simplify complex concepts, spark curiosity, and mentor students to build, code, and innovate. Curriculum, books, kit will be available at school for educators’ use and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & facilitation: Conduct interactive robotics sessions for groups of 15-25 students using our curriculum and kits like LEGO, Arduino, micro:bit, etc.
• Content delivery: Explain concepts of mechanics, electronics, sensors, and block/Python coding in an age-appropriate, fun way.
• Project mentorship: Guide students through hands-on projects, competitions, and exhibitions. Help them troubleshoot builds and code.
• Classroom management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and energetic learning environment. Manage kits, tools, and materials.
• Assessment & feedback: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and share regular updates with parents and school coordinators.
• Curriculum input: Share on-ground feedback to improve lesson plans and activities. Occasionally create demo projects or worksheets.
• Events: Support hackathons, workshops, and open-house demos for schools and parents.
