Labelling & Regulatory Specialist

My client is looking for a Product Content Expert who will be liaising with country data champions to produce compliant & legal product labeling information for each reasons and sit in-between the data champions and the labellers / Key users to relay the requirements and put into production.

Key responsibilities of product Labelling Specialist

• Manage Business needs, prioritize with the Key users the backlog and arbitrate. Specify and document the needs.
• Make sure Product Data Labelling and Artwork is legal and compliant for the different countries is sold in.
• The key contact when it comes to product content topics.
• Accountable to meet key user expectations in his functional domain.
• Working on E2E product Content transversal initiatives.
• Build a product content data community (Key users, Data Champions, Other Functional Experts).
• Guarantee that the functional documentation is up to date.
• Track and support tool bugs.
• Help improve data management processes related to the product content.

Context and scope of responsibilities

• The person responsible for this role is an expert in the product content domain. This person oversees the good data practices and help to evolve our processes to meet high standards for my clients product content. Guarantee a data model in line with user expectations.
• Take responsibility to build and animate a product content community to evolve the tool.
• Responsible to collect the needs, prioritize them and make sur they are developed and well executed.
• Ensure that my client has clear documentation of our product content (User Guide) and ensure appropriate trainings for existing users and newcomers.
• Act as the key contact and the gate keeper of the product content.
