Job Description
Sitara Talent is looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can *manage HR operations while actively contributing to sales and talent coordination*. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, closing deals, and building strong industry connections.
You will be responsible for recruiting models and actors, selling professional portfolio shoots, coordinating with production houses, and managing day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & onboard aspiring models and actors
- Pitch and sell professional portfolio shoots to interested candidates
- Coordinate with production houses for casting opportunities
- Build and maintain a talent database
- Handle client communication (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)
- Manage office operations and daily coordination
- Schedule shoots, meetings, and auditions
- Support marketing efforts by sharing requirements and opportunities
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)
- Basic knowledge of sales and convincing skills
- Understanding of social media & talent industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
