Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Specialist located in Garo Hills. The Agriculture Specialist will be responsible for overseeing agricultural production processes, providing expert insights to optimize crop yield, and supporting sustainable farming practices, teaching modern farming techniques. The role includes analyzing agricultural methods, building strong communication channels with farming partners.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agriculture and Agricultural Production, with a solid understanding of farming techniques and sustainable practices
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with farmers and stakeholders
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess farming methods, interpret data, and improve production efficiency
• Collaborative and problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field is preferred
• Experience in crop management, agricultural consultancy, or related areas is advantageous
