Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS Support Engineer with strong expertise in TSYS Core Banking support. The candidate will be responsible for production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of banking applications in a cloud environment.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of AWS Production Support experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CloudWatch
• Strong experience with TSYS Core Banking (2+ years)
• Experience in Mastercard/Credit Card domain (2+ years)
• Familiarity with Jira for incident and task management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of Banking domain

Good to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Additional exposure to TSYS-related tools
