Job Description

Drive sales growth as a Channel Manager for the North American market. Optimize distributor networks and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role, based in Downtown Montreal, requires approximately 50% travel to manage a large territory effectively. You will engage with existing and new clients, ensuring excellent follow-up and managing proposals. Your strategic approach will maximize partner performance and expand the distribution network in the agri-food, biopharmaceutical, and environmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors and customers
  • Ensure excellent follow-up and communication strategies
  • Write offers and commercial proposals
  • Meet clients both face-to-face and virtually
  • Negotiate prices and terms effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in pumps, valves, filtration, or related fields
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Relevant diploma in mechanical or related field
  • Autonomous and proactive; experience managing large territories
  • Patient with long sales cycles and adaptable
