Job Description
Drive sales growth as a Channel Manager for the North American market. Optimize distributor networks and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
This role, based in Downtown Montreal, requires approximately 50% travel to manage a large territory effectively. You will engage with existing and new clients, ensuring excellent follow-up and managing proposals. Your strategic approach will maximize partner performance and expand the distribution network in the agri-food, biopharmaceutical, and environmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors and customers
- Ensure excellent follow-up and communication strategies
- Write offers and commercial proposals
- Meet clients both face-to-face and virtually
- Negotiate prices and terms effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in pumps, valves, filtration, or related fields
- Bilingual in French and English
- Relevant diploma in mechanical or related field
- Autonomous and proactive; experience managing large territories
- Patient with long sales cycles and adaptable
