You will manage the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs in India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits that align with strategic objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS), including KPIs and appraisal processes.
• Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including requirement gathering, proposal evaluation, and contract negotiation for vendor selection.
• Use data analytics to assess program effectiveness and generate reports on key metrics and trends for management.
• Ensure all programs remain compliant with relevant Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Execute communication strategies to educate employees on the value and utilization of their benefits.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits roles.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and market trends.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Performance Management Systems.
• Experience managing RFPs and vendor selection processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
