Executive Chef

This rapidly growing catering company needs a talented manger to direct our kitchen. Ours is an established, profitable & successful operation in search of a manager to help us adapt to a new corporate catering landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a highly professional work ethic, passion for their craft, strong labor management skills and an ability to lead and inspire a multi-national team. The new manager will be expected to roll up their sleeves and dig in to lead by example. Off-premise catering or hotel banquet experience is required. Our breakfast and lunch-mostly business model means a “rarely stuck in traffic” early start time.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of and involvement in food production.
• Menu development and specials implementation.
• Staff hiring, training and supervising.
• Scheduling and control of labor costs.
• Recipe costing and refinement of production manuals.
• Maintain a well-run and cost-effective kitchen & warehouse.
