Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Clinical Licensing Specialist. The Clinical Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing state medical and nursing board licensing processes, performing compliance research, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves analyzing data, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing excellent customer service through effective communication. Collaboration with internal teams and external parties to resolve licensing challenges is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and process licensing data and ensure compliance with regulations
• Expertise in Licensing procedures and policies, ensuring accurate and timely application management
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in performing detailed Research related to state and federal licensing requirements
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote capacity
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• Previous experience in healthcare or regulatory compliance is advantageous
