We have opening of 2 R&D; Interns to work directly with the founders on new product development. (NPD).What You’ll DoWork on new product development (NPD) for cutting-edge food productsAssist in formulation trials, recipe development, and prototypingConduct ingredient research (functional ingredients, clean-label alternatives)Support kitchen/lab trials, testing, and documentationParticipate in tasting sessions and rapid iteration cyclesBenchmark products against market leaders and emerging trendsCollaborate with founders on MVP launches and pilot testingWho You AreBackground in Food Technology, Nutrition, Food Science, or related fieldStrong interest in functional foods and clean-label innovationHands-on and comfortable working in a kitchen/lab setupDetail-oriented, with the ability to move fast and experimentSomeone who enjoys building from scratch, not just following SOPsPrior experience in food formulation, particularly with protein, fiber and functional ingredient systems, is preferredWorking knowledge of shelf-life studies, including stability, microbial considerations, and packaging impactWhat You’ll GetDirect exposure to building a food startup from 0→1Work closely with founders and contribute to real product launchesReal ownership (not just shadow work)Competitive stipendPotential full-time offer (PPO) based on performance
