Excel as an Onsite IT Support Specialist in a healthcare environment. In this full-time role, your responsibilities will focus on resolving end-user technology issues, ensuring a smooth operation of computer systems in healthcare settings. This is a 100% onsite position that demands a solid background in IT support, especially within healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first contact support via multiple channels
  • Build rapport with service desk customers
  • Prioritize service requests to meet SLA standards
  • Record and document incident-solving processes
  • Deploy software and perform in-person hardware support Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science
  • 1+ years of IT help desk experience
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred (e.g. MSCE, MCP)
  • Hands-on experience with desktop and server OS
