We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Developer with deep expertise in the Profisee platform to join our enterprise data team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and leading MDM solutions that ensure trusted, consistent master data across complex enterprise ecosystems. You will work closely with data architects, engineers, stewards, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed, and high-impact master data solutions in environments with significant organizational change and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Profisee platform to support client data initiatives within the insurance and financial services industries.
• Architect and integrate MDM solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems, including data warehouses and operational systems using SQL Server, SSIS, APIs, and cloud-based data services.
• Design and implement API-based integrations to enable seamless data exchange between Profisee and upstream/downstream systems.
• Build and maintain sophisticated data matching, survivorship, and stewardship workflows to ensure high data quality, governance, and consistency across domains.
• Partner with business and data governance stakeholders to define stewardship models, governance processes, and data ownership frameworks.
• Create and maintain scalable data models, business rules, hierarchies, workflows, and domain configurations within Profisee.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to ingest, validate, standardize, and enrich data from diverse enterprise source systems.
• Provide technical leadership in MDM architecture, governance, and best practices; lead solution design discussions in high-change, enterprise environments.
• Independently drive initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support, ensuring quality, scalability, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of emerging tools and technologies that enhance enterprise data management and integration capabilities.

Experience or Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data management, including master data management architecture and development within enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Profisee experience, including recent end-to-end implementations (entity configuration, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchies, security, workflows, and user interfaces).
• Profisee Certification required.
• Strong experience designing and implementing API integrations for enterprise data ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts including data quality, stewardship, reference data management, hierarchical relationships, governance frameworks, and metadata management.
• Demonstrated experience working in complex, high-change enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility.
• Experience integrating MDM platforms with enterprise data warehouses, BI/reporting platforms, ERP, CRM, and other operational systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and their enterprise data services.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for master and reference data domains.
• Industry experience or familiarity within the insurance sector strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
