L3 RHEL Administrator

As an RHEL L3 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level Red Hat environments with a strong focus on Red Hat Satellite. The role demands deep technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on experience in L3-level Linux administration.

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale RHEL environments at L3 level.
• Deep understanding of Red Hat Satellite for patch automation, provisioning, and subscription management.
• Experience with OS upgrades, kernel patching, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshooting complex issues across OS, network, and storage layers.
• Implementing system hardening and compliance using SELinux, auditd, and security benchmarks.
• Hands-on experience with RHEL clustering and HA configurations (Pacemaker, Corosync).
• Automating operational workflows using Bash/Python scripting and Ansible.
• Mentoring L1/L2 teams and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• Participation in incident, change, and problem management processes.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in RHEL/Linux administration.
