Veterinary Receptionist

Silver Spring Animal Hospital in Kensington, Maryland, is looking for a new teammate to join our fast-paced, Fear Free approach, general practice hospital.

We currently have part-time and full-time positions available.

Applicants must have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital.

Required skills include

• A friendly, patient rapport with clients in person and over the phone.
• The ability to manage four phone lines while speaking clearly and taking accurate messages.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding scheduling, financial transactions, and file management.
• The ability to make sensible, informed administrative decisions.

Experience with Pulse Veterinary Practice Software is preferred but not required.
