We're looking for a motivated individual to join our growing signage company as a Customer Service & Purchasing Coordinator. You’ll be the link between our customers, estimators, and design team — helping bring bold ideas to life across Canada.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Covering a Maternity Leave Starting in September
- Communicating with clients to understand their signage needs
- Entering and tracking estimate requests accurately
- Assisting with incoming inquiries and providing timely, professional support
- Purchasing materials for both stock and custom projects
- Collaborating with a skilled in-house team who’s got your back
- Passing along key project info to our estimators and designers
- Supporting a seamless workflow from initial contact to project delivery
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are confident working with computers and software systems
- Thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Enjoy working with customers and solving problems
- Are eager to learn and grow — no signage background required!
- Bonus: You have experience in purchasing, customer service, or graphic design
