Analyst, Sourcing

As an Analyst, you will develop foundational sourcing skills including problem solving, communication and effective use of enterprise tools such as Coupa and Oracle. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing requests are executed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support business partners with routine and ad hoc sourcing and supplier management activities.
• Execute standard sourcing processes while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with spend analysis, RFx preparation and support and other strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Contribute to reporting, data analysis and special projects as requested.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process sourcing requests efficiently and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate documentation and leverage enterprise tools like Coupa, Oracle to support sourcing operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office Products such as word, excel and PPT.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high quality work.
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and assist with testing and implementing solutions under guidance.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain or sourcing concepts is preferred.
• Experience or exposure to enterprise systems such as Coupa, Oracle or similar procurement tools is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative in building relationships across teams.
