  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and products necessary for office operations.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports as needed.
  • *Requirements**:
  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Experience in training development and supervising staff is a plus.
  • Familiarity with file management systems and best practices for document organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience using various phone systems are essential.
