- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Experience in training development and supervising staff is a plus.
- Familiarity with file management systems and best practices for document organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience using various phone systems are essential.
