We are looking for a skilled Laptop & Desktop Service Technician with strong technical expertise and field service experience. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop systems (hardware & software issues)
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, and peripheral issues
Perform chip-level servicing (preferred)
Handle onsite service visits at customer locations
Maintain service records and provide timely updates
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
Ability to handle both onsite and in-shop repairs
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Willingness to travel locally for service calls
Good communication and customer handling skills
