Quality Checker – Furniture Export Unit
Position: Quality Checker
Industry: Furniture Manufacturing & Export
Location: Boranada, Jodhpur
Experience Required: 1–3 years in Furniture QC (preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Checker to join our furniture export unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in furniture inspection, strong understanding of wood types, finishes, machining, assembly accuracy, and export-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw, semi‑finished, and finished furniture items as per company quality guidelines.
- Check dimensions, joinery, sanding quality, finishing, and hardware installation.
- Identify defects in wood, craftsmanship, finishing, and packaging and ensure corrective actions.
- Verify export‑order specifications before dispatch.
- Maintain QC records, report daily findings, and coordinate with production & finishing teams.
- Ensure products meet global quality & safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of hardwoods, finishing materials, and furniture construction.
- Ability to identify quality issues quickly and suggest improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Experience in export furniture QC will be an added advantage.
