As a Python & Backend Developer Trainer at Sierra Learning Academy, your role will involve delivering hands-on training in Python and Backend Development. You will be responsible for teaching modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic, guiding students in building scalable, production-ready API architectures, and integrating ML workflows into backend systems using tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. Additionally, you will cover concepts related to authentication (JWT, OAuth2) and deployment (Docker, ASGI) while mentoring students on real-world projects and best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in Python and Backend Development
• Teach modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic)
• Guide students in building scalable, production-ready API architectures
• Integrate ML workflows into backend systems (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Cover authentication and deployment concepts (JWT, OAuth2, Docker, ASGI)
• Mentor students on real-world projects and best coding practices

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Python (OOP and advanced concepts)
• Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and REST API standards
• Knowledge of ML workflows and data handling
