We are looking for a talented, dynamic, digitally savvy, high performing team player to be a part of our Sales Finance team in Controls & Digitalization Service Business at Siemens Energy. The role is primarily that of a sales commercial having good knowledge of the sales process and some of the controlling aspects. Ability to work under pressure, effectively communicate and deliver tasks timely is essential. This is a good opportunity for anyone with a digital mindset willing to work hard, learn with an open mind to contribute to one's own growth and the growth of the organization. The incumbent will report to the Segment Finance Head of Controls & Digitalization Service Business and is based out of Gurgaon.

The Key Responsibilities:

Lead complete project lifecycle:

From project handover from Sales to Engineering.

Through execution (Hardware and Software engineering, commissioning, and final handover to the customer.

Manage Power Plant Automation commissioning, including:

Loop tuning for Turbine Control.

Boiler Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.

Integration of third-party interfaces.

Implementation and testing of Fail-Safe systems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational excellence during commissioning.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.

Required Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Power Plant Automation processes and DCS technologies (e.g., Siemens Energy Omniwise T3000 ,Siemens PCS7, ABB, Emerson Ovation, Yokogawa, etc.).

Hands-on experience in commissioning and tuning control loops for turbines and boilers.

Familiarity with instrumentation, control logic, and fail-safe mechanisms.

Proven ability to manage complex automation projects end-to-end.

Experience

Minimum 10–15 years in Power Plant Automation and DCS-related roles.

Demonstrated leadership in handling large-scale projects in thermal, combined cycle, or similar power plants.
