We are seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Engineer to join our team focused on Power Grids and Substation Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable ICT infrastructure tailored to substation automation environments. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to international standards, and providing expert consultation on cybersecurity and network solutions.
Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
- Design and implement ICT solutions for power grid and substation automation systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, configuration guides, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of ICT systems.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations, particularly ISO 27001 and NIS2 directives.
- Provide expert consultation on network architecture, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor system performance, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support lifecycle management of ICT assets including servers, virtualization platforms, and backup systems.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 Years.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments including:
- Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), LDAP/S
- File Server, WSUS, WDAC, Network Policy Server (NPS)
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as:
- Veeam, Synology, Syslog, Hyper-V, VMware
- EATON power management systems
- Vulnerability Management tools, SNMP, Certificate Management
- Familiarity with networking technologies (preferred):
- Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IDS/IPS
- VLAN, WLAN, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant work experience in ICT engineering, preferably in energy sector.
- Proven track record of working independently and proactively in complex technical environments.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy in execution.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Desirable Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator.
