What will you do?

As a Project Specialist you will be managing multiple Projects in our Production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environment, excel at communication, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track up to 10 software and cybersecurity projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in production and R&D
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Act as the central point of contact for project-related updates and escalations
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution proactively
  • Keep projects moving forward without delays by coordinating resources and decisions
  • Build strong relationships across teams to enable smooth collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and collaboration practices

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering disciplines, Computer Science, Electrical or Software
  • Recent graduate who has graduated in the last 12 months; (0–2 years of experience); internship or co-op experience is a strong asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and open to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an asset
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $35 CAD - $40 CAD.
