As the

Service Operations Finance Leader at our Selma Service and warehouse facility,

you will be a true commercial partner to the Field Service and Spare Parts

Operations Managers—shaping strategy, driving performance, and enabling

sustainable growth. A typical day includes leading site accounting operations,

ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX, and translating financial results into

clear insights that guide operational decisions.

You will

lead the order management/finance team, drive process improvements and

operational excellence, and strengthen business continuity through robust

controls, effective forecasting, and disciplined cash management.

How You’ll

Make an Impact

• Ownsite-level accounting operations, including month-end/year-end close, A/P, andA/R, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal policies.
• Partnerwith Field Service and Spare Parts Operations leaders to improve profitability,cash conversion, and productivity while supporting long-term value creation.
• Supportmajor CapEx investments, ramp-up activities, and productivity initiativesthrough business cases, tracking, and benefits realization.
• Providedata-driven insights and recommendations to enable operational decisions, costreduction, and margin improvement; evaluate and challenge capital investmentproposals.
• Lead,mentor, and develop the site finance team, fostering accountability, continuousimprovement, and alignment with Transformers Americas’ finance strategy.
• Optimizefinancial processes and systems (SAP and related tools) and collaborate withOperations, Supply Chain, and other functions to align financial plans withbusiness objectives.

What You

Bring

• Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA)preferred. CPA (or equivalent) is a plus.
• 10+years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadershipresponsibility; experience in manufacturing, service, or plant environmentspreferred.
• Strongcapability in financial management, cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting,internal controls, and variance analysis.
• Proficiencywith SAP and financial reporting tools, with strong analytical andproblem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionableinsights.
• Apeople-first leader with a track record of developing talent and drivingmeasurable business impact.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influenceteams, peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
