Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide IT Helpdesk / IT Support / Desktop Support to end users
  • Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and enterprise environment
  • Windows troubleshooting (Basic & Advanced level)
  • Network troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • User account management in Active Directory
  • Configure and manage DNS, DHCP
  • Troubleshooting of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, NAT, ACL
  • Support for Linux and Mac OS systems
  • Manage and support Office 365 users
  • Assist in Cloud technology environments (AWS / Azure)
  • Windows, Linux and AWS administration (user accounts, patches, system updates)
  • Monitor and manage Cisco / Fortinet network devices
  • Work on network devices like Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki
  • Basic knowledge of systems monitoring tools
  • Provide support in enterprise technical support / contact center workplace

Preferred candidate profile

  • 02 years experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support (Freshers can apply)
  • Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting & Active Directory
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN
  • Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure & Office 365
  • Exposure to Cisco / Fortinet is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
