Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide IT Helpdesk / IT Support / Desktop Support to end users
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and enterprise environment
- Windows troubleshooting (Basic & Advanced level)
- Network troubleshooting and issue resolution
- User account management in Active Directory
- Configure and manage DNS, DHCP
- Troubleshooting of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, NAT, ACL
- Support for Linux and Mac OS systems
- Manage and support Office 365 users
- Assist in Cloud technology environments (AWS / Azure)
- Windows, Linux and AWS administration (user accounts, patches, system updates)
- Monitor and manage Cisco / Fortinet network devices
- Work on network devices like Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki
- Basic knowledge of systems monitoring tools
- Provide support in enterprise technical support / contact center workplace
Preferred candidate profile
- 02 years experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support (Freshers can apply)
- Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting & Active Directory
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN
- Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure & Office 365
- Exposure to Cisco / Fortinet is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
