Job Summary

Elite Associate is hiring energetic and reliable Pickers & Packers to support warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves handling, sorting, and preparing parcels for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack items accurately as per order requirements

Perform parcel preparation and sorting

Scan products and maintain proper racking/storage

Handle loading and unloading of goods

Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area

Follow company processes and operational guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male

Age: 18 to 30 years

Education: Minimum 10th Pass

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹15,000 per month

• 13,500 Fixed
• 1,000 Allowance
• 4,000 Incentives (performance-based)

Weekly off as per company policy

Skills Required

Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
