1. Housemistress

Responsibilities

• Supervise boarding routines, discipline, and student conduct.
• Provide pastoral care, guidance, and emotional support.
• Maintain student records and handle basic conflicts or emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Matron, Nurse, teachers, and parents.
• Teach an assigned subject as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
• Experience in a residential school is preferred.
• Solid communication, leadership, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, responsible, mature, and student-friendly.

2. Sports Co-ordinator / Coach

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct sports and fitness sessions.
• Coach students in different sports.
• Organise sports activities, competitions, and events.
• Ensure student safety and proper use of equipment.
• Support sports infrastructure and equipment management.

Qualifications

• B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of school sports coaching experience.
• Certification in Sports Coaching/Fitness is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of sports safety, first aid, and sports infrastructure.

3. Self Defence / Yoga Instructor

Candidates with experience in Self Defence, Yoga, or both may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct self-defence and/or yoga sessions.
• Teach basic defence techniques, asanas, breathing, and relaxation.
• Ensure proper technique, posture, discipline, and student safety.
• Support wellness activities, demonstrations, and school events.

Qualifications

• Certification/training in Yoga, Self Defence, Martial Arts, Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, or related field.
• Experience training children or school students.
• Good physical fitness, communication, and classroom management skills.

4. Resident Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
• Manage the infirmary and maintain student medical records.
• Administer prescribed medicines and coordinate with doctors/parents when required.
• Respond to medical emergencies and arrange referrals if needed.
• Support hygiene, wellness, and student safety.

Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM or relevant nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration/license.
• Experience in a school, hostel, hospital, or child-care setting.
• Knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and medicine management.
• Willingness to reside on campus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
