We work with women dealing with concerns like PCOS/PCOD, thyroid issues, gut health, fatigue, weight concerns, irregular periods, acne, stress, and more.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Remote Sales Closer to speak with interested leads who have shown interest in our programs through Instagram ads, consultations, or inquiry forms.

Your main role will be to call leads, understand their concerns, explain our programs clearly, and help them enroll into the right program.

This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone interested in sales, wellness, communication, or client interaction.

Fresh graduates and candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads provided by Sia Health
• Understand client concerns and health goals
• Explain Sia Health programs and pricing clearly
• Follow the provided sales structure/script
• Handle objections confidently and ethically
• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads
• Work closely with the founders/team to improve conversions

Requirements

• Fluent in both Hindi and English
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confident and empathetic while speaking with clients
• Comfortable working remotely
• Self-motivated and willing to learn

Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on prior experience and relevant skills.

Work Timings

Flexible part-time hours. Exact timings can be discussed based on availability.
