We are hiring entry-level Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing Charlotte team. In this face-to-face role, you will be the local point of contact for major telecommunications giants like T-Mobile Business and Charter. You will present customized tech solutions, network upgrades, and product deals to consumers at high-footfall locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person with high energy and professionalism.
- Answer questions regarding our clients' telecommunication products and network services.
- Overcome objections, close deals, and seamlessly guide customers through the sign-up process.
