Require work experience, qualification & skills:-

• FRESHER or min 1-2 year of Sales & Business Development of INSURANCE POLICIES or other INVESTMENT products.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA-Finance & Marketing will prefer.
• Good verbal skills in English.
• Confidence and Pleasant Personality.
• Presentation skills.

Job role & responsibilities:-

• Managing the overall performance of the branch.
• Developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Being responsible for the training and development of the team.
• Taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Managing the branch's operations to run smoothly.
• Being responsible for budgeting and financial management.
• Implementing company policies and procedures.
• Evaluating team members' performance and providing feedback.
• Planning for the growth and development of the branch.
• Coordinating with senior management.
• Skills : Pleasant Personality, Good Communication, Presentation skills

Salary:- Rs.20,000 – Rs.25,000/- (negotiable) + incentive + PF + others.
