Supervisor & Production Manager

Shri Ram Silicate Industry is a leading manufacturer of Sodium Silicate. We are looking for experienced and responsible professionals for the role of Supervisor & Production Manager who can manage factory operations, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

• Oversee daily production activities of Sodium Silicate manufacturing process
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per company standards
• Monitor plant machinery, chemical processes, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain proper production planning and scheduling

Supervision & Team Handling

• Supervise production staff, helpers, and machine operators
• Maintain discipline and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
• Train workers on production procedures and safety practices

Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure product quality meets company and industry standards
• Follow proper chemical handling and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly

Stock & Labour Management

• Manage raw material stock and inventory efficiently to avoid production delays
• Coordinate and arrange required labour as per production needs
• Ensure proper planning for manpower availability and material procurement
• Maintain labour attendance and coordinate labour payroll processing
• Manage staff attendance records and support staff payroll management in coordination with accounts team

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily production reports
• Track raw material usage and output
• Report plant performance to senior management
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities

Required Skills

• Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle production planning and problem-solving
• Understanding of factory safety standards
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or related field
• Experience in chemical factory or manufacturing unit preferred
• Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply(Supervisor role)
