1. Teaching Positions (NTT, PRT, TGT, PGT)

• Role: Plan and deliver engaging lessons using interactive and activity-based methods.
• Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Participate in school events and professional development workshops.
• Eligibility:
• NTT: NTT Diploma / ECCEd / Montessori training.
• PRT: Graduation + B.Ed. / D.El.Ed.
• TGT: Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed.
• PGT: Post-Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed.
• Skills: Fluency in English, strong classroom management, and passion for teaching

2. H.M (Head Mistress/Master) & Vice Principal

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily school operations and maintain student discipline.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure high academic standards.
• Manage school timetables, events, and curriculum implementation.
• Liaise with parents and handle administrative documentation.
• Eligibility:
• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Visionary leadership, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Receptionist (Front Office Executive)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, parents, and students with a welcoming demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and handle admission inquiries.
• Maintain student records, attendance data, and school databases.
• Provide administrative support like filing, mailing, and scheduling appointments.
• Eligibility:
• Graduation in any field; prior experience in a school front-office preferred. (Freshers can also apply)
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), excellent verbal/written English, and multitasking ability.
