Job Description
- Handle manpower searching, recruitment coordination, and deployment as per project requirements.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow at assigned locations.
- Coordinate regularly with clients regarding operational updates, manpower status, and project requirements.
- Maintain proper communication between management, site teams, and clients.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports, attendance reports, and performance updates.
- Supervise and manage field staff, site supervisors, and operational teams.
- Ensure proper discipline, productivity, and work quality at sites.
- Resolve site-level operational issues and provide quick solutions.
- Monitor manpower attendance, scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and client commitments.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections for smooth operations.
- Maintain records, documentation, and operational MIS reports.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Train and guide team members for better performance and coordination.
- Handle emergency operational requirements and workforce arrangements whenever needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
