Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Merchandiser for a full-time on-site role located in Kurla.

The Senior

Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product selection, coordinating with clients and suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and executing marketing strategies. This role also involves ensuring the timely delivery of merchandise, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving customer satisfaction through effective merchandising practices.

Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear interactions with team members, clients, and suppliers.

• Expertise in customer service and ability to maintain exceptional customer relations and resolve client inquiries effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies to support product visibility and customer acquisition.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in industry software and tools used in merchandising and inventory management.
• A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Export garment or apparel industry is a strong advantage.
