Role Overview

As an Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for elevating the learner experience through seamless program execution and uncompromised quality standards. You will act as the bridge between learners, faculty, and operations, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support system for learners throughout their journey.
• Ensure smooth planning and execution of academic sessions and batches.
• Coordinate with faculty and internal teams and prepare timetables for seamless program delivery.
• Maintain structured data, reporting, and process flow across systems.
• Support onboarding, program execution, and key academic activities.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance learner satisfaction and outcomes.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Management / Education preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations / coordination / student success / EdTech
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a learner-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Excel, CRM, or LMS tools
