Shine Tech Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to help grow our staffing and commercial cleaning business by securing new contracts.
This role focuses on finding and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with companies, and bringing in staffing and cleaning contracts. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business owners and managers, comfortable with outreach and networking, and driven to close deals.
You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, presenting our services, following up on opportunities, and helping expand our client base across industries such as warehouses, offices, banquet halls, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, and commercial businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staffing and cleaning contracts
- Prospect potential clients through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Meet with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to discuss staffing and cleaning needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Prepare and present service proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and help secure long-term service contracts
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to generate repeat business
- Research local businesses and industries to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with management to support company growth
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales, staffing, cleaning services, or business development is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and generating leads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in closing deals
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
