- Understand the career aspirations of students and guide them towards the right programs at ShikshaVertex.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, colleges, and universities. Ensure a smooth student journey from inquiry to enrollment with timely support and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and conversions. Gather feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to align with organizational goals and growth targets.

Compensation
Probation Period (3 months): ₹15,000/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
First 10 working days: On-the-job training (unpaid)
Post Confirmation: ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2.5 LPA (Variable, uncapped)
