Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join the Shiftlogic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a solid understanding of revenue recognition and consumption-based business models. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support and enhance systems related to revenue recognition and consumption-based billing models.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and consumption-based models.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or billing systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to ARMOR or similar internal platforms/systems is a plus.
