Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a reputed pre-primary or primary school setup

Desired Candidate Skills

• Robust command over spoken and written English
• Ability to manage children, maintain discipline, and handle daily academic activities
• Good classroom management and communication skills

For Academic Coordinator:

• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate with teachers, parents, and management
• Experience in academic planning, monitoring, and reporting
