Job Description

In the role of Paralegal / Legal Assistant at Sheffield Haworth, you will support the Group Legal team in various legal administrative assignments, particularly focusing on contract management and review, ideally within a recruitment/executive search firm.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with Contract management, contract review, contract drafting, and email writing
  • Compile and analyze data
  • Experience in transcribing and proofreading of legal documents
  • Work actively on Company's legal tools
  • Provide administrative, litigation, and ongoing research
  • Knowledge of local / labor laws
  • *Attributes:**
  • Law graduate with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong background in executive search, research, or related field
  • Extensive exposure to paralegal activities
  • Experience with contracts management
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
  • *Organizational and Analytical Skills:**
  • Highly organized and methodical
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • *Writing and Attention to Detail:**
  • Exceptional writing skills and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to IT systems and databases
  • *Passion for Technology and High Work Ethic:**
  • Demonstrated interest in technology
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset
