Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers for the position of Inside Sales cum Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, calling customers/prospective candidates, verifying documents, providing excellent customer support, and converting inquiries into admissions/sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and customers
- Call customers and explain courses/services professionally
- Verify customer/candidate documents as required
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic queries
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Convert leads into admissions/sales
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-oriented approach
