What You’ll Do

Working alongside the Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading daily kitchen operations and inspiring your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing menu items to the highest standards across both prep and line stations
• Leading kitchen operations on shift, ensuring a clean, organized, and high-performing environment
• Championing quality control and a fresh, ingredient-driven approach to food
• Supporting financial success by managing sales and profit targets
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling across multiple roles
