Job Description

Lead the distribution channel as a Channel Growth Manager in EMEA. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance and partner relationships across multiple regions.

In this role, you will oversee distribution across Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on scaling revenue and activating key partnerships. You’ll work closely with various internal teams to foster collaborations that generate measurable growth and align new entities to the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships across QBS Software, enhancing collaboration
  • Establish quarterly plans with defined revenue goals
  • Improve renewal and upsell performance across distributions
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and enhance forecast precision
  • Champion ShareGate's objectives at distributor-led events

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years improving sales in distribution or channel sectors
  • Experience developing strategic plans with distributors
  • Knowledge of IT channel landscape and Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% across EMEA
