What You will do:
- Documentation of agreements, contracts, drafts, and legal correspondence in English and Marathi.
- Scanning, filing, and organizing legal documents and agreements for efficient record management.
- Maintaining and updating databases for legal documents and departmental records.
- Preparing, formatting, and typing legal documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing tools to support documentation and reporting tasks.
- Supporting senior legal staff with preparation of legal files, reports, and related documentation.
- Conducting basic legal research and assisting in understanding applicable legal procedures.
- Ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for document collection and information exchange.
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication in both English and Marathi.
- Exhibiting good organizational skills and interpersonal communication for day-to-day tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- S.S.C / H.S.C / B.A / B.Com / L.L.B
- Freshers or recently qualified law graduates
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in legal documentation or administrative legal roles
