You are an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will be supporting the US process for SGS Technologies. You will be responsible for various tasks including lead generation through email and calling campaigns, outbound calling to introduce products/services to potential clients, analyzing customer needs, gaining industry knowledge, delivering sales presentations, building relationships, managing the sales cycle, maintaining CRM data, contributing to sales forecasting, and consistently meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will be scheduling appointments for the US sales staff and providing critical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels for lead generation
- Make proactive calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and qualify their interest
- Understand customer requirements and pain points to tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Gain in-depth knowledge of core competencies and effectively communicate value to customers
- Deliver compelling sales presentations virtually or over the phone
- Establish rapport with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, including follow-up communication and addressing objections
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in the company's CRM system
- Contribute to sales projections by analyzing market trends and customer data
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Schedule and set appointments for US sales staff and provide critical support as needed
