As a vital member of SGS, you will be at the forefront of method development, validation, and transfer for biopharmaceutical products and raw materials. Your expertise in Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography, and Electrophoresis will be essential in addressing client needs and optimizing testing methodologies. Your leadership will ensure that projects are managed effectively, meeting the satisfaction of both SGS and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical testing procedures for drug substances
• Oversee and mentor analysts in their departmental activities
• Lead technical discussions with clients to ensure project parameters are met
• Write protocols and technical reports related to methodologies
• Troubleshoot and optimize testing methods as required

Requirements

• BSc or MSc/PhD in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in a related role
• Familiarity with HPLC, UPLC, CEX, iCE testing
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven project management abilities in fast-paced environments
