Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments of children with developmental delays, disabilities, or injuries
  • Evaluate fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognition, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Identify functional limitations and set measurable therapy goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Educate parents/caregivers on home programs and therapy techniques
  • Provide guidance on adaptive strategies and assistive devices
  • Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and reports
  • Track outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid license/registration with relevant council
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both are considered
  • Knowledge of child development and pediatric conditions
  • Internship or pediatric exposure is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
