Job Description

Become a trusted advisor as a Staff Accountant. This role emphasizes proactive client engagement, accurate financial record maintenance, and effective communication within a collaborative team environment. As a Staff Accountant, you will ensure meticulous financial integrity and provide essential support for client decision-making.

You'll take ownership of bookkeeping, manage accounts payable and receivable, and execute month-end procedures. Collaboration with junior team members and adherence to strict documentation standards is crucial in this full-time role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations monthly
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Execute month-end close procedures and adjustments
  • Prepare year-end processes with external coordination Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
