• Create and maintain all necessary technical documentation. Ensure all work activity is accurately documented in our tracking systems.
• Create and adhere to the design, programming and application standards. Including compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs, disaster recovery plans and redundancy plans. Maintain and test these plans regularly.
• Ownership of issues through to resolution
• High level Incident and change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
• Detail oriented individual capable of working both independently and within a team.
